Black-hertz rent-a-car company

THE STATEMENT:

Black-hertz d.o.o DOES NOT OPERATE under Hertz intl. licence and IS NOT at all associated with Hertz intl.
Any similarity with the name of Hertz intl is PURELY coincidental.

The name "Black hertz", in this case, is separate term, that can be translated into english as "card of a black heart",
(since in Serbian language a card sign of "hearts" is called "herz" /pronounced SHORT in German-like manner/ sometimes written as hertz)
The logo of black heart is the obvious proof of the idea.
It is even pronounced differently then English "Hertz" /which is mostlikely pronounced with long "e"/.
It actually has nothing to do with Hertz intl. nor with English language.

BLACK-HERTZ D.O.O IS NOT USING THE NAME , color, or TM or ANY OTHER visual aspect of HERTZ. INTL !

confusion or any misunderstanding of this issue among the English speaking customers.
